Returns

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at returns@oneoffall.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We will review the request and, if eligible, provide a return shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement within 5-7 business days, subject to examination of the damage.

Returns reported after 72 hours will not be considered, as the package has been out of our warehouse and in conditions beyond our control. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For sizing issues, you may return the item following the process above and select a different size or style from the products currently available on our website, oneoffall.com. If the desired size is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for 6 months. For style exchanges, only products currently available on the website are eligible. As we work with limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold-out collections cannot be accepted. All exchanges are final.

Defective or Damaged Items
