Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Delivery Time
We strive to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option. Some orders may take longer and the maximum delivery timeline for domestic shipping would be 7-10 business days, while international may take up to 10-15 business days. Our trusted courier partners work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
Stay informed about your order's status. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS, allowing you to monitor your package's journey online.
Packaging
We take pride in carefully packaging your order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@oneoffall.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, an image, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the damage and arrange a replacement if approved. Issues reported after 72 hours will not be eligible for replacement, as the package is no longer under our control.
Exchanges
For sizing issues, we offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll provide store credit valid for 6 months. Style exchanges must be selected from products currently available on oneoffall.com. Due to our limited-edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold-out collections are not accepted. All exchanges are final.
