2. Products and Pricing
OneOff offers a curated selection of cotton clothing and home décor products through our Shopify store. We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change product information without prior notice.
3. Payment
We accept payments through secure methods facilitated by Razorpay, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payment methods. All transactions on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR), and international payments will be converted to INR based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. You agree to provide accurate payment information, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order, as provided during checkout. We aim to deliver within the estimated time frame; however, delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control are not our responsibility. You will be notified of any significant delays where possible.
5. Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@oneoffall.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, an image, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement. Issues reported after 72 hours will not be considered, as the package would have been outside our control for an extended period.
6. Exchanges
For sizing issues, we offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for 6 months. For style exchanges, only products currently available on our website are eligible, as we work with limited edition prints and styles. Exchanges for items from older or sold-out collections are not permitted. All exchanges are final, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for order fulfillment and enhancing your shopping experience. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate payment and shipping processes through trusted partners like Razorpay. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of our website or purchases shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
